Questions
What counts as a door?
Each unit, lot or home that pays assessments. Parking spaces and storage units billed separately don’t count.
Who pays card and ACH fees?
The owner making the payment sees the convenience fee before paying. The association receives the full assessment.
Does a management company pay, or each association?
Management companies are billed once for every association they manage. A self-managed association is billed directly.
Can we move our data from another system?

Do owners pay anything to use the portal?
No. Owners, tenants, board members and vendors use it free.
